Managed multiple web and infrastructure software development projects using Agile.

·   Administered the use of Agile and Scrum throughout the Development organization, and ensured consistent application of these methodologies.  As the department’s CSM, scheduled and facilitated Scrum activities.  Used TFS to manage the backlog, sprints, and tasks; and generate the burn-down chart to determine velocity.

o   Managed a multi-phased project to completely re-architect and rewrite AFAS’s systems and applications to be more cohesive and efficient in order to handle projected future growth.  After being assigned to the project, quickly created a Project Charter and Project Plan to get the project on track since all phases of the project were being executed simultaneously.
